 her you are new friends or old.\n\nThese dances could be called body pra
 yers: simple\, gentle yet powerful movements with chants drawn from many
  world traditions\, all celebrating Unity.\nMoving\, chanting and breath
 ing in rhythm together we begin to harmonise ourselves as individuals an
 d as a group. Our bodies and hearts can realign with the rhythm of our s
 ouls. The results can be wonderful: we may experience sensations of peac
 e and joy\, heart-opening connections with others and a sense of oneness
  with all-that-is.\n\nEverything is taught as we go along\, so anyone ca
